- Suited Swim is considered an intimate item. We sell pieces from our collections. We do not accept returns for refunds.
- However, we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.suitedswim.com
- Exchange request must be received within 3 days of the delivery date. All swimwear must be returned back to Suited Swim in it’s original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary liner in place for the exchange to be considered valid.
- If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 2-7 business days.
- Suited Swim is not liable for any damage, or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.
- An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Special item orders can not be cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
